摘  要:介绍了一种新型选针器的结构,选针器选针及不选针的方法原理。该新型选针器结构上与电磁式选针器相比最大的特点是:以磁钢及可充磁钢代替选针刀头,选针器具有上、下两个选针器底座用于设置磁钢及可充磁钢,两个选针器底座之间以轴套、垫片及套筒分隔组成选针轨道。选针可靠,稳定性更好。This paper introduces a new type of needle selecting device structure and needle selection principle including the methods of needle selecting and no-needle selecting. Compared with electromagnetic needle selector, the biggest characteristic of the structure of new needle selection device are using the magnetic steel or recharge- able magnetic steel instead of needle selecting knife head, needle selection device has two needle selector base for setting magnetic steel and rechargeable magnetic steel, between the two selection needle base, separate axle sleeve, gasket and sleeve to needle track. The new needle selecting is more reliable and better stability.
