麻赛尔纤维针织面料前处理工艺研究

摘　　要：以麻赛尔纤维与棉纤维混纺纱(比例为50∶50)编织的半空气层罗纹组织麻赛尔纤维针织面料为试样,以白度和顶破强力作为测试指标,采用碱氧一浴法对麻赛尔纤维针织面料的前处理工艺进行了研究。单因素实验确定了氢氧化钠用量、30%过氧化氢用量以及练漂温度、时间的范围。结合正交实验,优化了麻赛尔纤维针织物练漂工艺为:氢氧化钠用量2.5%、30%过氧化氢用量4%、亚硫酸钠用量1%、精练剂用量1%、练漂温度80℃、练漂时间50 min、浴比1∶15。实验结果显示,经最佳工艺练漂后的麻赛尔纤维针织面料性能稳定,织物白度较练漂前明显提高,织物的强力虽较练漂前有所下降但控制在较好范围内,完全满足服用要求。Formed blended yarns by mixing jutecell fibers with cotton fibers in ratio 50：50, then weaved rib half air layer organization jutecell knitting fabrics using these blended yams. Used whiteness and bursting strength as testing indicators, studied the pretreatment of base-oxygen one bath method for jutecell knitting fabrics. Dosage of sodium hydrate and 30% hydrogen peroxide, scouring and bleaching temperature and time were analyzed in sin- gle factor experiments. Combined with the results from orthogona] experiment, the optimum scouting and bleaching process for jutece]l knitting fabrics are confirmed： the dosage of sodium hydrate 2.5%, the dosage of 30% hydrogen peroxide 4%, the dosage of sodium sulphite 1%, the dosage of scouting agent 1%, scouting and bleaching tem- perature 80 ~C, scouring and bleaching time 50 minute, bath ratio 1：15. Besides, it is found that after scouring and bleaching by the optimum process, jutecell knitting fabric has reliable performance, whiteness increase obviously; although bursting strength drop, but in control scope and don＇t influence apparel requirement.
