摘　　要：图书采访工作具有复杂的工作流程,其包括了读者信息采集、图书市场调研、图书信息收集、书商的选定、合同的签订等过程。近年来,随着图书馆实践经验的总结,图书馆采访模式产生新的变化,单一化的采访模式为多元采访模式所替代,网络采访也得以兴起,读者在图书采访中的主体地位得以确立。在此种情形下,图书馆建立读者参与的图书采访模式,从而提高了图书资料的使用效率,促使馆藏书目的丰富化。基于图书馆之服务读者的职能,图书馆应当建立起基于读者需求的图书馆采访模式,在具体的措施方面要引进书商现场书展,建立与院系的联系模式,设立读者荐购栏。the book acquisitioning work with complex work processes, which include reader information collection, book mar- ket research, information collection, booksellers selected, the signing of the contract process.
