摘　　要：随着农村经济的不断发展,物质生活水平不断提高,广大农民对文化知识的需求也日益凸现出来。农村图书室作为公共文化事业的重要组成部分,应不断丰富自身的馆藏资源,创新服务模式,完善管理人员队伍,为广大农民读者提供高效、优质的服务。With the continuous development of the rural economy, material life level enhances unceasingly, peasants to the needs of cultural knowledge is increasing obviously out. The rural library public culture as an important part of the cause, we should enrich their own collection resources, innovative service mode, perfect the management team, for the vast number of farmer readers with high efficiency and high quality service.
