摘　　要：针对目前农民能力低下的现状,剖析制约农民能力提升的主要因素及农民能力低下造成的危害,指出提升农民能力水平能从根本上解决农村、农民的发展问题,农村图书馆应以农民能力提升作为主要服务内容,并提出强化农民能力建设,提升农民综合能力的若干建议。On the status quo of low farmers＇ ability, this paper analyzes the main factors restricting farmer＇ s ability en- hancement and the harm caused by this problem; it points out the improvement of farmer＇ s ability can fundamen- tally solve the development of rural and peasant development, the rural libraries should focus on the enhancement of farmers＇ ability, and proposes a number of recommendations of enhancing the comprehensive ability of farmers.
