摘  要:为指导稻瘟病预测、水稻品种的合理布局和轮换、抗性育种提供理论依据,本文采用pot2-rep-PCR分子指纹技术对2010—2011年云南省五大稻区455份稻瘟病菌进行了遗传结构分析。结果表明,供试菌株扩增条带范围为2~17条,大小在0.4~19 kb间,具有丰富的遗传多样性。在0.64遗传相似水平上稻瘟病菌遗传宗谱类型与菌株地理来源、主栽品种(系)具有相关性,而在0.70的遗传相似水平上,籼、粳稻上稻瘟病菌宗谱组成分化更加明显。揭示了云南省稻瘟病菌具有丰富的遗传多样性,病菌群体结构与水稻品种、地理分布间的关系。For providing the predicting of the rice blast, the rational distribution and rotation of rice variety, resistance breeding, the population structure of 455 isolates of Magnaporthe grisea collected between 2010 and 2011 from Yunnan Province was determined with the pot2-rep-PCR technique. The results indicated that each isolate was amplified with 2 - 17 DNA bands, between 0. 4 - 19 kb, which had rich genetic diversity. There was some correlation between geographical origin, cultivars (lines) and genetic lineage of M. grisea at genetic similarity level of 0.64, and in the genetic similarity level of 0.70, there was more pronounced of M. grisea between indica and japonica rice. The study revealed that the genetic population of M. grisea had complex and diversity, and the correlation between rice varieties, geographical distribution and population structure of M. grisea.
