萃取磷酸浓缩装置真空系统的挖潜改造措施

摘　　要：结合陕西陕化化工集团有限公司复肥厂磷酸二铵(DAP)装置生产的实际情况,阐述了在产能持续提高的前提下所采取的稳定萃取磷酸浓缩装置真空度、挖潜增产降耗的技改措施,包括将双酸流程改为单酸流程、改造蒸汽喷射真空泵和循环水凉水塔、用水环式真空泵代替蒸汽喷射真空泵、拆除第一氟吸收塔内的旋流板等5个项目,分析评价了这些技改效果,并对进一步提高该浓缩装置生产能力提出了建议。Based on the actual production situation of the DAP plant of the Compound Fertilizer Factory of Shanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.,technical revamp measures taken to achieve stabilization of the vacuum degree of the concentration unit of extraction phosphoric acid outlined,and to increase the production and reduce the consumption while the production capacity is being increased are outlined,including changing the double acid flow into single acid flow,revamping the steam injection vacuum pump and cooling water tower,using water ring type vacuum pump to replace steam injection vacuum pump,and dismantling of spiral flow tray in the 1st fluorine absorber,totally 5 projects.The effect of these technical revamps is analyzed,and the suggestions for further increasing the production capacity of the concentration unit are proposed.
