摘　　要：新一轮西部大开发已如火如荼的展开,在过去的10多年,西部经济出现了加快发展的好势头,有力促进了区域经济的协调发展。然而,西部开发中也出现了许多不容忽视的问题。为进一步解决西部资源开发中存在的问题,文章以甘孜藏区为研究对象,深入分析了甘孜藏区在资源开发中存在的系列突出问题,提出了相应的对策建议。The program for developing the western region has been carried out at full steam. In the past over 10 years, the economy in the western region has made a big growth, which promotes the harmonious development in different regions. However, there exist many problems which can not be ignoredprocess. Therefore, the article taking Garze Prefecture as the case makes a deep analysis on the problems occurred in resource development and puts forward to some the suggestions on how to deal with the prob- lems.
