摘　　要：从方法论的角度对区域科技竞争力的评价方法进行研究,对区域创新系统、区域创新能力和区域科技竞争力等概念进行界定,对主成分分析法、层次分析法、数据包络分析法和系统动力学方法在进行区域科技竞争力评价时的优缺点进行分析和比较研究,并且结合吉林省的区域发展情况,最后确定采用系统动力学的方法,利用可持续发展数学模型对吉林省的科技竞争力进行评价研究。Study on evaluation method for regional technological competitiveness from the angle of methodology, define the concepts of regional in- novation system and regional innovation ability and regional technological competitiveness, analysis and comparative study on merit and demerit of principal component analysis, analytic hierarchy process, data envelopment analysis and system dynamics in the regional technological competitive- ness evaluation, and combine the regional, development situation of Jilin province, finally, using the method of system dynamics and mathematical model of sustainable development evaluation research on technological competitiveness of Jilin province.
