摘　　要：电网工程项目投资大、周期大、风险大,影响着整个国民经济和人民生活的发展。电网项目前评价与后评价是电网项目管理的两个重要阶段,前评价直接影响电网工程的立项与决策,后评价则是总结已投运电网工程项目的经验,为未来电网项目提供借鉴和指导。研究电网项目前评价与后评价的管理工作,对提高电网工程基建项目的管理水平具有重要意义。The investment and risk of the power grid project, which affect the development of the entire national economy and people＇s live. Front evaluation and post evaluation of the power grid project are two important stages, the front evaluation affects the decision of the power grid pro- ject, the post evaluation is to provide guidance and experience for the power grid project. The evaluation analysis of the power grid project is one important thing for the project management.
