摘　　要：IECEE CB体系是电工产品安全测试报告互认的第一个真正的国际体系。各个国家的国家认证机构(NCB)之间形成多边协议,所有会员国的认证机构根据IEC标准进行电气产品安全测试,测试结果的CB测试报告和CB测试证书会得到成员国家相互认可。生产厂家可以达到"一次测试,多处适用"的目标。那么生产厂家如何能够快速获得CB证书呢?本文结合电风扇安全标准GB4706.1/IEC 60335-1、GB 4706.27/IEC 60335-2-80,对电风扇CB认证测试中影响进度的常见问题进行了一系列的探讨。IECEE CB Scheme is the first truly international system of mutual recognition of test reports of electrical product safety. National Certification Body （NCB） forms a multilateral agreement between each other. All certification bodies of member states perform safety test for electrical products according to IEC standards, the test results of CB test report and CB test certificate are with mutual recognition of these member states. Manufacturers are able to get closer to the ideal goal of ＂one test, fits all＂. How manufacturers can quickly get CB certificate？ With GB 4706.1/IEC 60335-1,GB 4706.27/IEC 60335-2-80,This article will carry out a series of common problems to affect the progress of the fans CB certification test.
