摘　　要：针对市场上的电磁炉不适用于中式烹饪器具的局限性,本文研制了一种具有沉孔的电磁炉。该电磁炉既适合中式圆底锅,又可用于平底锅烹饪。The existing induction cooker does not apply to Chinese cooking, In order to solve the problem of this limitation, we have developed a type of cooker with counterbore. This kind of induction cooker is applicable for both the Chinese Round-bottomed pots and pans.
