摘  要:针对目前国内外救生缓降器产品存在体积大,质量重,下降速度不可控的缺点,经过前期调研,方案设计,结构优化,模拟仿真,样机制作和实验测试,设计制造出一款智能遥控新型高空救生缓降器。利用离心块离心力随转轴转速增大而增大和刹车片刹车的原理构建缓降器摩擦系统,达到摩擦力与逃生者自身重力的平衡的目的,实现匀速下降逃生。同时引入单片机控制系统、压力放大机构、电机和遥控器,实现逃生者在下降过程中的加速、减速和空中悬停。The slowly descending devices, available home and abroad currently, are mostly characterized by huge size, large weight and the uncontrollable descending speed. After the investigation, design, structure optimization, simulation, prototype making and experimental test, a new smart remote control Rescue Descending Device (RDD) was designed and manufactured. In order to construct the friction system, realize the balance between friction force and people gravity and keep constant escape, RDD uses the principles of pieces' centrifugal force increases with the shaft speed and the brake block's braking. Meanwhile, RDD achieves the acceleration, deceleration and hovering in the escape process by bringing in the SCM control system, pressure amplification mechanism, motor and remote control.
