摘　　要：对混流装配过程中由物料配送不及时引起的生产计划不连续的问题进行了研究,在分析了混流装配生产模式后,构造出了在该生产模式下的混流装配线线旁物料kitting(齐套性)算法,再根据物料kitting(齐套性)算法预求出混流装配线各个工艺点物料消耗,在此基础上求出各个工艺点物料需求,从而带动物料配送;最后通过实例,验证上述方法的可行性和实用性。Discontinuous problem of production plan in assembly process which was caused by the delayed material delivery was studied in this paper, and the material kitting algorithm of mixed-model assembly line was constructed after mixed assembly production mode being analyzed. Material consumption of each process points in mixed flow assembly line was determined in advance based on the material kitting algorithm and thereby pulling the material distribution. At last, an example was used to verify the feasibility and practicability of the method.
