摘　　要：目的:为改善医院手术室外等候区嘈杂无序的环境,缓解患者在手术期间其亲属等待的焦虑感,研发一种基于Delphi的手术室大屏显示和语音播报系统。方法:采用Delphi开发手术室LED大屏显示和语音播报系统,通过医院信息系统接口获取手术患者的基本信息,用数字视频接口(DVI)完成大屏显示,利用语音合成及真人录音结合的方法进行语音播报,在未呼叫时用程序自动控制大屏的扬声系统间断播放背景音乐。结果:该系统操作简单便捷,实现了手术患者呼叫信息的显示,语言播报质量优良。结论:该系统体现了以患者为中心的服务宗旨,增强了医院的管理内涵,且投入较少,适合大、中型医院使用。Objective：To improve the hospital operation outdoor relatives waiting area noisy disordered environment and alleviate the relatives anxiety for waiting relatives and friends during the operation.Methods：Using Delphi to develop operation room LED large screen display and voice broadcasting system,From the hospital information system interface for getting operation patient＇s basic information,using the AVI interface to complete the display,using speech synthesis and live recording of voice broadcast,automatic control the speaker system of big screen to playback background music in idle moments.Results：The operation is simple and convenient,realizing the operation patient call information display,language broadcast quality good.Conclusion：In order to reflect the patient as the center＇s purpose,to enhance the hospital management connotation and less input is suitable for large and medium-sized hospitals.
