摘　　要：目的:探讨640层容积CT在心肌桥上的影像诊断。方法:针对50例患者进行冠状动脉造影扫描,利用后处理器进行分析,可直接显示心肌桥的长度、深度以及动脉斑块与心肌桥的位置关系。结果:50例患者中,明确诊断心肌桥18人,其中左前降支肌桥14人,回旋支肌桥2人,右冠状动脉肌桥1人,对角支肌桥2人,钝缘支肌桥1人。结论:640层容积CT能够清楚显示心肌桥的长度、深度,并且对早搏、心律不齐以及房颤患者也能明确诊断。Objective： To explore the 640-layer volumetric CT in the imaging diagnosis of myocardial bridge. Methods： For 50 patients underwent coronary angiography scan, and post-processor for analysis, can directly display the positional relationship of the myocardial bridge length, depth, and arterial plaque and myocardial bridge. Results： in 50 patients, a clear diagnosis of myocardial bridge 18, the left anterior descending artery myocardial bridge 14, the circumflex artery myocardial bridge, right coronary artery muscle bridge diagonal branch myocardial bridge, the obtuse marginal branch muscle bridge 1. Conclusion： 640 layer volumetric CT can clearly show the length and depth of the myocardial bridge, and premature, irregular heartbeat, as well as in patients with AF can confirm the diagnosis.
