摘　　要：阐述城市轨道交通信号系统工程的进度管理,分析信号系统工程在城市轨道交通建设中所具有的特点,从进度计划编制、进度计划落实、进度调整及纠偏等管理过程进行了讨论,同时,以天津地铁9号线安装调试作为具体工程实例,对进度管理的各个过程进行了说明。This paper describes the schedule management of signaling project of urban rail transit and makes analysis on the characteristics of signal system engineering in the construction of urban rail transit, it has discussed the making of progress plan, implementation of progress plan, schedule adjustments and correcting and reviewing of management process. At the same time, by taking installation and commissioning of Tianjin metro line 9 as specific examples of projects, the paper describes schedule management in the whole progress.
