摘　　要：基于波特所提出的产业集群概念,将产业集群问题最新研究成果从宏观、中观、微观、抽象微观几个层面进行综述和总结。在此基础上,对产业集群的新形态(创新集群)以及产业集群升级发展的新方向(集群转移)进行分析和展望,认为创新集群和集群转移将成为产业集群未来研究的重要分支,将已有研究方法和研究视角应用于其中,对地区发展和国家竞争力的培养具有积极意义。This paper, based on the conception of ＂Industrial Cluster（IC）＂ proposed by Porter, summarizes the newest lit- erature of IC in four levels： macro-level ,meso-level,micro-level and abstract micro-level. More attentions should be paid to IC＇s new shape （Innovative Cluster） and a new direction of clusters＇ updating and development （IC relocation）. It con- cludes innovative cluster and cluster relocation will be the most important branches of IC theory. Focusing on them by mature method and perspective will promote region development and nation competitiveness.
