摘　　要：目的:探讨动力型外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的临床效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2011年4月-2012年3月收治的桡骨远端不稳定性骨折92例患者按入院单双日随机分为两组,每组46例,对照组给予小夹板外固定进行治疗,治疗组患者给予动力型外固定支架进行治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者手术时间、术后并发症发生率、Steward-Aro放射学评价及Dienst腕关节功能评价均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:动力型外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的疗效确切,有助于骨折复位及其功能恢复,且操作易于掌握,术后并发症少,值得临床广泛推广和应用。Objective： To explore the power type external fixator unstable fracture of the distal radius in patients with clinical effect.Methods ： Instability will be admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to March 2012, 92 patients with distal radius fracture patients to admission odd and even randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases in each group.Control group was given a small splint external fixation treatment, the treatment group were treated with power type external fixator for treatment, observe and compare the two groups of patients with clinical outcomes.Results： Patients treated with operative time, postoperative complication rate, and follow-up the Steward-Am radiological evaluation and the Dienst wrist joint function evaluation results are better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Power type external fixator treatment of distal radius instability fracture efficacy helps fractures and their functional recovery, and the operation is easy to grasp, fewer complications, is worthv of wide dissemination and annlication.
