摘 要:采用高铁酸钾去除水中磺胺嘧啶,探讨高铁酸钾投加量和反应液pH值对磺胺嘧啶去除效果的影响,并利用LCHESI MS MS分析高铁酸钾氧化磺胺嘧啶的降解机理.结果表明:高铁酸钾对磺胺嘧啶具有很好的去除效果,当反应液pH值为7.0且高铁酸钾投加量为0.100 0mmol.L-1时,反应10min后0.02mmol.L-1的磺胺嘧啶去除率达到86.2%,而反应液TOC浓度下降率不超过10%;在试验条件范围内,随着高铁酸钾投加量的增加,磺胺嘧啶的去除率提高;中性和弱酸性条件下,磺胺嘧啶反应速率及去除率明显高于碱性条件;LC HESI MS MS产物检测发现大部分的磺胺嘧啶仅转化为大分子产物,未得到彻底矿化,这与TOC浓度检测结果一致.The aqueous reaction of potassium ferrate with sulfadiazine was investigated for evaluating the effects of ferrate dosage and pH value on the removal of sulfadiazine and analyzing the mechanism for oxidation of sulfadiazine by ferrate using LC- HESI- MS- MS. The results showed that sulfadiazine could be removed by ferrate efficiently. At a pH value of 7.0, 86.2% of 0.02 mmol · L-1 sulfadiazine was removed after 10 rain oxidation by dosing 0. 100 0 mmol · L-1 potassium ferrate. However, less than 10% of TOC; reduction was achieved in spite of quick conversion of sulfadiazine. The sulfadiazine removal efficiency and reaction rate were increased with the increasing dose of ferrate. The pH value of the solution had a great influence on the oxidation of sulfadiazine and the reaction performed well in neutral and weak acid condition. The by-products of sulfadiazine oxidation by ferrate were analyzed by LC- HESI- MS MS and the results suggested that a majority of sulfadiazine was not complete mineralized, but transformed into large-molecule products, which was in agreement with the results of TOC.
