补锌在小儿腹泻治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察补锌在小儿腹泻治疗中的效果,分析补锌治疗小儿腹泻的应用价值。方法：采用对比分析法对我院自2011年3月~2012年9月收治的42例腹泻患儿进行资料分析,随机分为治疗组（21例）与对照组（21例）,两组患儿均根据实际病情给予思密达常规治疗及全面饮食康复护理,治疗组患儿在此基础上给予补锌辅助治疗（〈10个月患儿15 mg/d,〉10个月患儿25 mg/d）,疗程2周左右。观察对比两组患儿治疗效果、止泻时长、退热时间及住院时间。结果：治疗组患儿总体治疗效果明显优于对照组,平均止泻时长、退热时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：锌作为人体内不可或缺的微量元素,有利于提高人体内的免疫功能,因此补锌能够显著提高小儿腹泻的治疗效果,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To observe the zinc supplementation in the treatment of diarrhoea in children analysis of effect of zinc supplementationin the treatment of diarrhea in children, application value. Methods a comparative analysis in our hospital from 2011 March -2012 year in September 42 cases of diarrhea for data analysis, were randomly divided into the treatment group （ 21 cases） and control group （ 21 cases）, two groups of patients were given according to the actual condition of Smecta routine treatment and comprehensive rehabilitation with the diet nursing,the treatment group was treated with the based on the given zinc adjuvant therapy （ 〈 10 months in 15 children with mgVd, 〉 10 months in 25 children with mgVd ）, course of treatment for about 2 weeks. Observation of therapeutic effect of two groups were compared, diarrhea, fever time and length of hospital stay. Results the treatment group was treated with the overall treatment effect is obviously superior to the control group, the average length of diarrhea, fever time and length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion zinc as the body of essential trace elements, is beneficial to improve the human body immunity, so zinc supplementation can improve pediatric diarrhea treatment, worthy of clinical application.
