摘  要:目的探讨颅脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)后认知训练对患者运动、认知功能及日常生活活动能力(ADL)的疗效。方法将72例TBI患者随机分为实验组(n=36例)和对照组(n=36例),进行综合康复训练(PT、OT、理疗、针刺、高压氧等),实验组在上述常规康复训练的同时增加认知康复训练。于训练后2个月采用简易智能量表(Mini-mental state examination,MMSE)、运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyery assessment,FMA)及改良巴氏指数(modified barthel index,MBI)对患者的认知、运动和ADL进行评定。结果两组患者训练前上述各项评价指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),训练2个月后两组患者之间的MMSE、FMA及MBI比较差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TBI患者进行早期认知训练,可有助于提高其运动功能、生活自理能力和认知能力。Objective To investigate the effects of cognitive training on the motion, cognitive function and ADL of TBI sufferers. Methods 72 TBI sufferers were randomly divided into the experiment group(n = 36)and the control group (n = 36).Both groups received the comprehensive rehabilitation training (PT,OT,physiotherapy,acupuncture,High pressure oxygen treatments) , while the experiment group received extra cognitive training.After two months of training, cognitive ability, motion and ADL of all sufferers were evaluated be means of Mini-mental state examination (MMSE), Fugl-Meyer assessment and modified Barthel index (MB1).Results The differences of all evaluated indexes of the two groups before training had no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05),while after 2 months of training, the dif- ferences of MMSE, FMA and MBI in the two groups were of great statistical significance (P〈 0.01).Conclusion The early stage cogni-tive training for TBI sufferers can significantly improve their motor function, cognitive ability and ADL.
