摘　　要：目的分析肠道感染所致腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎发生的常见原因,探讨有效的护理干预对策,旨在降低腹膜炎发生率。方法回顾性分析2002-03—2012-01期间在沈阳军区总医院肾脏病科因肠道感染继发腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎患者的临床资料,通过详细询问感染前病史,寻找肠道感染原因及护理对策。结果肠道感染主要是由便秘、腹泻引起,可以尝试通过腹膜透析健康教育来降低肠道感染引发的腹膜炎。结论通过有效的护理干预,减少肠道感染导致的腹膜炎发生,提高腹膜透析患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the common reasons of peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis induced by intestinal infection, to probe the effective nursing countermeasures so as to reduce the incidence rate of peritonitis.Methods The clinical data of sufferers with peri-toneal dialysis related peritonitis induced by intestinal infection admitted to Shenyang Military Region Institute during March, 2002 and Jan-uary, 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.The medical history before infection was carefully inquired in order to seek reasons for intestinal infection and the nursing countermeasures.Results Intestinal infection mainly resulted from constipation and diarrhea, so peritoneal dialy-sis health education could be tried to reduce peritonitis induced by intestinal infection.Conclusion Peritonitis induced by intestinal infec-tion can de reduced through effective nursing intervention so as to increase the life quality of peritoneal dialysis sufferers.
