摘 要:为了更加清晰地了解同侪交往如何促动大学生锻炼行为的形成,通过采用资料研究法、观察法、逻辑分析法,并结合社会学、心理学的相关理论,首先从行为形成的四个阶段模式和心理变化两方面阐述了大学生锻炼行为的形成过程,分析了不同心理学要素与各行为阶段之间的关系,得出锻炼认知、锻炼态度与需要、动机对锻炼行为形成起到了重要作用,而后从认知、态度与需要三要素入手,剖析同侪交往对提高认知、形成良好的态度及满足需要所采用的不用路径和作用方式,同侪交往通过对这三方面要素的影响最终实现对锻炼行为形成的促动机制。In order to find out how the peer intercourse promotes the formation of the university students exercise behavior, through using the methods of studying literature, observing, logical analyzing and referring to the theories of sociology and psy- chology, this research firstly expounds the formation process from the views of the mode of 4 phases and psychological changes, then mlalyzes the connection between different psychology elements and the university students' every stage of behavior,coming to the result that the cognition, attitude and demands, motivation of taking exercises play important roles in the formation of the university students' exercise behavior;Secondly, research analyzes that the peer intercourse improves cognition, forms good atti- tude and satisfies demands in different ways and effect manners. The peer intercourse finally brings out the promoting mecha- nism to the formation of the exercise behavior through effecting these three elements.
