熔体直纺2～60 dtex/72f涤纶FDY生产工艺探讨

摘　　要：采用特性黏度为0.645 dL/g的半消光PET熔体直接纺丝、利用双头纺工艺生产2～60 dtex/72 f涤纶FDY。结果表明,采用喷丝板孔径为0.20 mm,长径比为2.8,无风区高度80 mm,油嘴上油,纺丝温度289℃,环吹风风压40 Pa,拉伸温度91～93℃,拉伸倍数2.2～2.4,卷绕速度4 300 m/min,生产的涤纶FDY条干不匀率为1.35%,沸水收缩率7%,产品染色均匀度大于4级,利用双头纺工艺产能增了1倍。2 - 60 dtex/72 f PET FDY is produced by using semi-dull PET melt which intrinsic viscosity is 0. 645 dL/g to direct spinning, using double spinning process. The results showed that the process parameters are as fol- lows ： the spinneret diameter 0.2 mm, the length-diameter ratio 2. g, the calm zone height 80 mm, oil nipple oiling, spinning temperature 289 ℃, the circular air blow pressure 40 Pa, the drawing temperature 91 -93 ℃, the drawing ratio 2.2 -2.4, the winding speed 4 300 m/min. The yarn unevenness of the produced PET FDY is 1.35% , the boiling water shrinkage is 7% ,the dye-levelling is more than 4 level. The capacity increases by a factor of 2 by u- sing double spinning process.
