摘 要:为研究各因素对镀银长丝嵌织织物的电磁屏蔽效能的影响,设计了30种不同组织、不同嵌织比例、不同纤度、相同经纬密度的镀银长丝纬向嵌织机织物,采用法兰同轴法测试了各试样在30~1 500 MHz频率范围内的电磁屏蔽效能。研究表明:在30~800 MHz频率范围内,织物的屏蔽效能随着镀银长丝嵌织比例的增大而增加,且随着嵌织镀银长丝比例的增大,缎纹组织电磁屏蔽效能最好;镀银长丝细度越大,织物的屏蔽效能越好;双层织物中镀银长丝的配置方式对其屏蔽效能有很大的影响,镀银长丝相互垂直形成网格的织物屏蔽效能远远大于镀银长丝平行排列织物的屏蔽效能。To study the influence of various factors on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of silver-plated filament embedded woven fabrics,this paper designs 30 silver-plated filament weft embedded woven fabrics with different embedded woven proportions,different finenesses and same warp and weft densities and tests the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of each sample in the frequency range of 30~1 500 MHz using flange coaxial method.The research shows that in the frequency range of 30~800 MHz,the shielding effectiveness of fabrics increases with the increase of embedded woven proportion of silver-plated filament;moreover,with the increase of embedded woven proportion of silver-plated filament,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of satin weave is optimal;the bigger the fineness of silver-plated filament,the better the shielding effectiveness of fabrics;the configuration of silver-plated filament in double cloth has a great influence on its shielding effectiveness.The shielding effectiveness of fabric with gridding formed by orthogonality of silver-plated filaments is much better than that of fabric with parallelly arranged silver-plated filaments.
