补阳还五汤对经皮冠状动脉支架植入术后血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补阳还五汤对支架植入术后急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法将80例符合气虚血瘀证的支架植入术后AMI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均予西医常规处理,治疗组加用补阳还五汤。观察并比较肱动脉内皮依赖血管舒张功能(FMD)、血管内皮源性分泌因子和近期预后情况。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后FMD均有明显提高,且治疗组较对照组改善更为明显;两组在治疗后均表现为血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)和神经肽Y(NPY)水平下降,血浆一氧化氮(NO)水平升高,而治疗组改变更为显著;治疗组主要不良心脏事件较对照组略有下降,但差别无统计学意义。结论补阳还五汤联合西药对支架植入术后AMI患者血管内皮功能有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of guyang H uanwu decoction（BHD） on vascular endothelial function in acute myocardial infaction（AMI） patients after percutaneous coronary stent implantation. Methods Eighty AMI patients with qi - deficiency and blood - stasis syndrome after percutaneous coronary stent implantation were randomly divided into two groups： Control group treated with routine treatment, and treatment group treated with BHD in the basis of routine treatment. Flow - mediated dilation （FMD） in the brachial artery,vascular endothelium - derived factor,short - term prognosis were observed. Results After treatment, FMD were increased in two groups. The level of FMD in treatment group was higher than that in control group. The levels of plasma endothelin- 1 （ET - 1）, neuropeptide Y （NPY） in two groups were decreased while the level of plasma nitric oxide（NO） was decreased. The levels of plasma ET - 1 ,NPY in treatment group were lower than that in control group while the level of plasma NO was higher than that in control group. The major adverse cardiac events in treatment group were less than that of control group. Conclusion BHD combined with routine treatment had protective effect of vascular endothelial function in patients with AMI after percutaneous coronary stent implantation.
