摘　　要：目的观察益心舒胶囊联合比索洛尔治疗室性早搏的疗效。方法选择近5年本院心内科室性早搏住院患者186例,随机分为治疗组(96例)和对照组(90例)。对照组给予口服比索洛尔片,每次5mg,1次/日,治疗原发病的药物不变;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予口服益心舒胶囊1.2g,3次/日,疗程均为4周。比较治疗前后两组患者的心电图和临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率达96.0%,心电图好转率83.5%,明显优于对照组,且对肝肾功能及消化道均无明显不良反应。结论益心舒胶囊联合比索洛尔治疗室性早搏较单用比索洛尔疗效更确切,而无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the effects of Yixinshu capsule combined with bisoprolol for treatment of premature ventricular contractions （PVCs）. Methods One hundred and eighty- six patients with PVCs were randomly divided into two groups： Control group（n= 90） treated by bisoprolol, and treatment group（n= 96） treated by Yixinshu capsule and routine treatment for 4 weeks. ECG and clinical symptoms were observed. Results The total clinical effective rate and ECG improvement rate was 96.0% and 83.5% in treatment group respectively, which was significantly higher than that in control group. There was no adverse reaction on liver,kidney and gastrointestinal. Conclusion Yixinshu capsule combined with bisoprolol had good effect in treating PVCs and there was no adverse reaction.
