摘 要:针对传统试验方法无法检查智能变电站复杂的信息组织、分配关系,难以实现对智能站二次设备(系统)功能准确认定的缺陷,提出了一种基于无线同步技术的全场景试验方法,并研制出相应的系统。该系统基于全站电网仿真、信号分散同步注入、无线同步以及无线数据传输等技术,完成智能变电站二次系统在稳态、暂态等工况下的调试试验。文中描述了该系统的总体设计,给出了无线同步方法的解决方案,并对同步效果进行了验证与评估。全场景试验系统已在实际智能变电站建设工程中得到运用。现场试验结果表明,所设计的系统提升了调试试验的效率和完整性,取得了较好的效果。The organization and distribution of information in secondary system of intelligent substation is so complex that it is almost impossible to use traditional test approach to identify the drawbacks.A novel panoramic test method based on wireless time synchronization technology is presented and the corresponding system is developed.The proposed system performs debugging test of intelligent substation secondary system under steady-state and transient state based on numerical simulation of power network,distributed injection of synchronized signals,wireless time synchronization and data transmission,etc. Total design of the test system and implement scheme of wireless synchronization technology is described.And accuracy of synchronization has been verified.The developed system has been applied to the test of many intelligent substations under construction.It shows that the proposed approach improves the integrity and the efficiency of the test,achieving better test results.
