摘 要:以游梁式抽油机曲柄销总成为研究对象,利用Pro/E建立了曲柄销、锥套、曲柄体和螺母垫圈的装配模型,并导入到ANSYS中进行接触分析。分析了在不同曲柄体凸台高度、不同锥套厚度以及不同曲柄销锥面锥度条件下,曲柄销总成各构件之间的受力情况,得出如下结论:在曲柄体悬臂端设置一定高度的凸台有利于提高曲柄销和锥套的接触压力,能有效降低曲柄销在锥套内微动磨损的程度;当锥套厚度在20 mm左右时,不但能有效保护曲柄体悬臂端不被扩孔,而且能获得较高的销与套之间的接触压力;曲柄销锥面锥度为1∶10~1∶11时,可以显著降低曲柄销的等效应力,从而延长曲柄销总成的使用寿命。With the beam pumping unit crank pin assembly as the object of study, the Pro/E was used to estab- lish the assembling model of crank pin, taper sleeve, crank body and nut collar. Then, it was introduced into the ANSYS to conduct a contact analysis. The force condition between the component parts of the crank pin assembly was analyzed in different crank body boss heights, different taper sleeve thicknesses and different crank pin cone conicities. The conclusion goes as follows. Arrangement of the boss with a certain height at the crank body cantile- ver end is favorable to improvement of the contact pressure of crank pin and cone sleeve. The degree of fretting wear of crank pin within taper sleeve can be reduced effectively. When the thickness of cone sleeve is about 20 mm, the rank body cantilever end can be prevented from being reamed and the relatively high contact pressure between pin and sleeve can be achieved. When the crank pin cone conicity is between 1: 10 and 1: 11, the equivalent stress of crank pin can be reduced remarkably in order to improve the service life of the crank pin assembly.
