摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定替硝唑螺内酯乳膏中替硝唑和螺内酯含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为HypersilODS-2C18,流动相为乙腈-水(50:50),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为238nm,柱温为30℃。结果:替硝唑和螺内酯线性范围分别为40.11～481.32、6.07～72.84μg/m(lr分别为0.9997和0.9999);平均回收率分别为100.72%(RSD=0.70%)和101.27%(RSD=1.00%)。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可为制订替硝唑螺内酯乳膏的质量标准和产品质量控制提供依据。OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for simultaneous determination of tinidazole and spironolactone in Tinidazole and spironolactone cream. METHODS：HPLC method was adopted. Hypersil ODS-2 C18 column was adopted with acetonitrile-water （50 ： 50） as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength of 238 nm. The column temperature was 30 %. RESULTS： The linear ranges for tinidazole and spironolactone were 40.11-481.32 μg/ml （r=0.999 7） and 6.07-72.84 μg/ml （r=0.999 9）. The average recovery rates were 100.72% （RSD=0.70%）and 101.27% （RSD=1.00%） , respectively. CONCLU- SIONS： The method is proved to be simple, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used for the setting of quality specifications and quality control of Tinidazole and spironolactone cream.
