我国体育民间组织概念及分类研究述评

摘　　要：对改革开放以来,我国体育民间组织的情况进行梳理,界定体育民间组织概念,并对其加以分类和述评,指出其特点和存在的问题。同时,根据合法性分类原则,探讨目前社会、行政部门和法律对我国体育民间组织的认可度及这些组织生存层面、组织边界的界定,并根据组织性质和体制特征,对广义体育民间组织进行分类,以便可以从不同侧面更加清楚地看出体育民间组织的边界和特征。This paper, by reviewing the latest developments of non-government sports organization since China＇s reform and opening-up, defines the concept and makes a detailed classification on and analysis of the sports organization in China. In the meantime, explorations have also been made on the recognition and definitions of survival conditions of the sports organization in departments of law, administration and society concerned. Moreover, detailed classifications of the sports organization on its macro-level have al- so been made to clarify its dividing lines and characteristics from different aspects.
