进口Coroflex Please紫杉醇支架与国产BuMA雷帕霉素支架治疗冠心病近中期安全性与有效性评估

摘　　要：目的评价进口Coroflex Please紫杉醇支架治疗冠心病的近中期安全性与有效性,并与国产BuMA雷帕霉素支架比较。方法 2011年1月1日至2012年5月31日66例接受药物洗脱支架治疗的冠心病患者中,33例接受进口Coroflex Please紫杉醇支架治疗,于病变血管43处置入63枚进口Coroflex Please紫杉醇支架;33例接受雷帕霉素支架治疗,于病变血管42处置入69枚国产BuMA雷帕霉素支架。术后对患者进行随访,观察有无胸痛复发、心电图异常改变、重要心脏不良事件发生等。结果进口Coroflex Please手术即刻成功率100%,术后8例(24.2%)发生再狭窄;国产BuMA雷帕霉素手术即刻成功率100%,术后2例(6.1%)常规复查时发现再狭窄。两种支架支架内再狭窄发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种支架在冠心病近中期治疗中均有良好的安全性和临床近期疗效,但支架内再狭窄率进口CoroflexPlease支架高于国产BuMA雷帕霉素支架。Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of import coroflex please paclitaxel stent and domestic BuMA rapamycin stent for the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 63 import coroflex please paclitaxel stents were implanted in 43 lesions of diseased vessels of 33 patients with coronary heart disease,and 69 domestic BuMA rapamycin stents were implanted in 42 lesions of diseased vessels of 33 patients with coronary heart disease.All patients were followed up after procedure to observe weither the patients had a relapse of chest pain,ECG abnormality and major adverse cardiac events.Results The immediate operation success rate of implanting import coroflex please paclitaxel stents was 100%,and its postoperative restenosis was occurred in 8 cases（24.2%）.The immediate operation success rate of implanting domestic BuMA rapamycin stents was 100%,and its postoperative restenosis was found in 2 cases（6.1%）during postoperative check.There was significant difference of incidence of in-stent restenosic between two stents（P0.05）.Conclusions Either import coroflex please paclitaxel stent or domestic BuMA rapamycin stent has a good safety and clinical short-term efficacy,but the incidence of in-stent restenosis of import coroflex please paclitaxel stent is higher than that of domestic BuMA rapamycin stent.
