掺合料对浮石混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能影响

摘  要:采用直流电通量方法对浮石混合骨料混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能进行研究,结果表明:在保持浮石体积替代率30%不变的前提下,掺和料的掺入能有效降低6h通过的库伦电量,提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力,属于渗透能力等级很低的混凝土。掺合料在混合混凝土中发挥效应可归结为火山灰效应、微集料效应等的共同作用。粉煤灰与硅粉复掺时抗氯离子渗透能力最显著,硅粉与粉煤灰复掺技术是配制高性能混合骨料混凝土重要途径之一。The anti-chloride ion permeability of the pumice mixed aggregate concrete was studied according to the method of direct current charge. The results show that: keeping volume replacement rate of pumice in 30%, the charge during 6h was reduced effectively under the condition of the mineral admixtures, and improved anti-chloride ion permeability of mixed aggregate concrete, the concrete of admixtures belonged to low permeability concrete. The mineral admixture in the concrete was attributed to active effect of volcanic ash and ion permeability of concrete , micro aggregate, the complex admixture was significant to anti-chloride and the complex technology of fly ash and silica fume can be made the HPC.
