摘 要:本研究以实际工程为依托,通过对工程主体钢管混凝土复合结构进行内力分析,评价原设计方案的合理性,并进行优化设计。计算结果表明,保持直径不变,壁厚从35mm减小至24mm,用钢量下降30.95%;保持壁厚不变,直径由1600mm减小至1500mm,用钢量下降6.44%;若同时将外直径减小至1500mm,壁厚减小至24mm,用钢量比原方案下降35.36%。Example analysis of the inner force of the concrete-filled steel tube structure is done in this paper and the rationality of design proposal is evaluated. Then the optimal design of concreted filled steel column is proposed. The volume of steel may decrease with the decrease of diameter of column and thickness of steel tube. If the thickness of steel tube decreases from 35 mm to 24 ram, the volume of steel decreases 30.95% ; If the diameter of column decreases from 1600 mm to 1500 mm, the volume of steel decreases 6.44% ; If the the thickness of steel tube decreases to 24 ram, and the diameter of column simultaneously decreases to 1500 ram, the volume of steel decreases 35.36%.
