摘  要:析蜡点是表征原油析蜡过程的重要参数,基于其传统的显微观察测试方法,引入蜡晶显微图像定量分析结果,以原油在温降过程中蜡晶颗粒个数增长的首个阶跃点温度判断析蜡点,从而减少人为视觉误差以及玻片上的微尘和缺陷等对析蜡点测试结果的影响。6种含蜡原油的测试结果表明,该方法具有良好的重复性,平行实验获得的析蜡点差值均在2℃以内,与差示扫描量热(DSC)法测得的析蜡点相比,上述析蜡点数值高1~4℃,6种原油析蜡点平均高2.1℃。Wax appearance temperature is an important parameter representing wax precipitation process of crude oil. Based on the traditional microscopic observation method, quantitative analysis results of wax-crystal microscopic image are introduced and the first step point temperature of crude oil wax-crystal particle number growth in the temperature drop is used to determine the wax appearance temperature in order to reduce the influences from human visual errors and dust attached to the slide and slide defect on testing results of the wax appearance temperature. Testing results from 6-kind of waxy crude oils show that this method appears a good repeatability and differences of wax appearance temperature obtained from parallel experiments all are within 2 ℃. Compared with the wax appearance temperature measured by the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), the above wax appearance temperature range are 1-4 ℃ higher than DSC method and average wax appearance temperature value of 6-kind of waxy crude oils is 2.1 ℃higher than that of DSC.
