摘　　要：发展都市型现代农业是靠近都市的农村区域农业加快转变生产方式,实现农业可持续发展的需要;同时重庆城市化的推进,对都市型现代农业提出了要求。本文介绍了重庆市土地流转"地票"交易制度存在的问题,并从产业结构调整的层面,分析了发展都市型现代农业的内涵与意义;分别从生产力与生产关系的角度,着重调整靠近都市的农村区域产业结构;具体分析农村区域产业升级运作,以转变经济发展方式,形成可持续发展的现代农业生产方式,实现农民受益多样化、分配多样化、投资多样化。It is a need to establish urban modem agriculture so as to accelerate the transformation of agricultural production mode and achieve the sustainable development of agriculture in rural areas near the city, And Chongqing＇s urbanization also requires the urban modem agriculture. The problems of ＂land tickets＂ trading system are introduced, and the connotation and significance of the urban modem agriculture are analyzed from the aspect of industrial structure adjustment. The paper proposes to adjust the industry of the rural area from the angle of productivity and relations of production. The rural regional industrial upgrade operation and the transformation of economic development mode are analyzed to achieve sustainable development of modem agricultural production mode and realize the benefit diversification.
