摘  要:本文采用显示性竞争优势指数、贸易竞争力指数和国际市场占有率对中国羊绒产业国际竞争力进行了测算和分析,并进一步研究了中国羊绒产业国际竞争力影响因素。研究表明,中国原绒产量具有绝对优势,但却不具有国际竞争力,近年来,原绒的竞争劣势进一步显现;无毛绒具有较强的国际竞争力,但近年来有所下降;羊绒衫一直具有很强的国际竞争力;成本与价格、生产要素、生产能力、产品质量、品牌与营销、产业集中度、市场需求、政府扶持政策等都是影响中国羊绒产业国际竞争力的因素。最后,本文提出了加强草原生态环境建设、加快饲料工业发展、加强良种培育和技术研发、规范市场交易秩序、调整和完善产业结构、培育消费需求、加大政府扶持力度等促进中国羊绒产业国际竞争力提升的政策建议。This paper calculates the intemational competitiveness of Chinese cashmere industry by using revealed comparative advantage index, world trade competitiveness index, and market share, and further analyses its influence factors. The results show that, raw cashmere output has absolute advantage but doesn't have international competitiveness; dehaired cashmere has strong international competitiveness but tends to decrease in recent years; cashmere sweater always has very strong international competitiveness. Cost and price, production factors, production capacity, brand and marketing, industrial concentration, market demand, and government supporting policies are the factors which effect the international competitiveness of Chinese cashmere industry. At last, this paper proposes related policy recommendations to promote the enhancement of international competitiveness of Chinese cashmere industry, which include strengthening grassland ecological environment instruction, speeding up feed industry development, strengthening breed cultivation and technology research and development, regulating market order, adjusting and improving industry structure, fostering consumer demand and strengthening government support.
