由故宫太和殿“金砖”的传统工艺思考高强砖的现代制备技术

摘　　要：古时将专供宫殿等重要建筑使用的一种高质量的铺地砖称为"金砖",因其质地坚硬,敲之若金属般铿然有声,故名"金砖"。本文主要论述了故宫太和殿"金砖"的传统工艺制备技术,其中包括原料制备、成型、干燥、烧成以及抛光打磨(雕花)工序,并指出了与之相对应的现代制备技术,为以后仿制此类高强砖提供借鉴。＂Gold bricks＂ were used for paving the floor of palaces and other royal buildings in ancient times, because o! its strength and fine quality. The bricks thus named because they gave a resonant sound of a metal when being struck. This paper mainly discusses the traditional fabrication process of ＂Gold Brick＂ for Taihe Palace from its raw material preparation, molding, drying, firing, to polishing and carving, and points out the inspirations for modem preparation technology of high strength brick.
