摘　　要：本文对我国国家知识产权局专利局1985年至2010年底公开(公告)的纳米陶瓷专利申请进行了系统、深入的分析,分析了专利的总体趋势、申请类型、地域分布、法律状态、申请人和IPC的情况,并预测了其发展趋势。This paper made a systematic and in-depth analysis on nano-ceramic patent applications published by State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C from 1985 to the end of 2010. It examined the overall trend of nano- ceramic patents, their application types, geographical distribution, legal status, applicants and IPC. It also predicted the prospects of nano-ceramic technology. It＇s of positive reference value and great utilization significance to technology innovation and patent protection in the field of nano-ceramics.
