摘　　要：文章探讨了社会化媒体在政府知识管理中的现状、思路、问题及对策。在分析了社会化媒体对政府知识管理的作用后,结合国内外实践应用,提出了社会化媒体支持下政府在内部和外部实施知识管理的思路和方法,并对其在实施中可能存在的问题及对策进行了分析。This paper analyzes the status, ideas, questions and countermeasures for the government knowledge management based on social media. After discussing the influence of social media to the government knowledge manage- ment, it combines the practice and application, puts forward some ideas and methods to apply government knowledge management based on social media from government＇ s interior and exterior, and then analyzes the possible questions and the countermeasures.
