滚塑树脂DNDB7149U的性能研究

摘　　要：对中国石化齐鲁分公司的滚塑树脂DNDB7149U的性能进行了分析,并与进口树脂进行了对比,结果表明两种树脂性能相近。通过对滚塑加工性能的研究,在试验设备上确定了DNDB7149U的最佳滚塑工艺。Performances of DNDB71d9U special resin for rotational moulding produced by Qilu Branch Co. of SINOPEC were Analyzed and then compared with the imported resin for rotational moulding. Results showed the physical and mechanical properties of the both special resins were similar. Processing conditions of DNDBT149U were studied and the best rotational processing conditions were determined.
