耐寒汽车加油机软管的研制

摘　　要：以丁腈橡胶NBR1965、氯丁橡胶CR320和顺丁橡胶为胶料基材,以聚酯纤维和钢丝为骨架材料,研制了编织结构的耐寒汽车加油机软管。试验证明:该制品能较好的满足加油机在低温环境下的使用要求,满足用户需求。The cold -resistant flexible pipes for automobile flying tanker with weave structure were developed by adopting nitrile rubber NBR1965, chloroprene rubber CR320 and butadiene rubber as base material, polyester fiber and steel wires as skeleton material. Experiments showed the developed flexible pipe could meet usage requirement of flying tanker under the low temperature condition and satisfied urgent need of users.
