摘　　要：从内蒙古电力科技信息中心电力科技查新工作的需求出发,对内蒙古电力科技查新网络服务平台建设提出设想和建议。该平台建设应包括科技查新门户网站及电力科技查新服务管理系统的建设。科技查新门户网站建设应与内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司的企业文化相融合,以委托用户为服务主体,以易用性为准则;网站内容应包括宣传服务信息和功能性服务项目。电力科技查新服务管理系统建设时需围绕体系工作流的全过程进行设计,符合相关法律法规要求;其系统功能设计应包括门户维护、用户服务、辅助查新等内容。Assumption and some suggestions on the construction of Inner Mongolia power sci-tech novelty retrieval network service platform are put forward in terms of the need for power sci-tech novelty retrieval of Inner Mongolia Power Technology Information Center. This platform should include the construction of sci-tech novelty retrieval portal website and power sci-tech novelty retrieval service management system. The construction of sci-tech novelty retrieval portal website should be consistent with Inner Mongolia Power Group＇s enterprise culture, aimed at serving users who entrust searching and evaluating on the basis of easy use. Propaganda service information and function service will be supplied on the website. Power sci-tech novelty retrieval service management system needs to be designed according to the whole process of system work flow, meeting the requirement of relevant laws and regulations. Its system function design should include users＇ maintenance, users＇ service, business process, assisted novelty retrieval etc.
