摘  要:针对内蒙古丰镇发电厂1号—6号锅炉水冷壁磨损而导致的爆管现象,分析其原因主要是由水冷壁附近吹灰器定期吹扫造成的。原防磨措施存在检查范围小、喷涂后不能有效控制吹灰器附近水冷壁的磨损量、锅炉水冷壁安全运行周期短等缺陷。对此提出新的处理措施:利用每次大小修机会对每一根水冷壁管进行检查,对壁厚磨损超过1.95 mm的进行更换;不超过1.95 mm的进行补焊,补焊时严格按照补焊工艺进行。该措施实施后,各台机组水冷壁未发生泄漏、爆管现象。To the water wall pipe abrasion and explosion of boiler in Fengzhen Power Plant, the author took an analysis and drew a conclusion that it is because of the blowing and sweeping of the sootblowers near the water wall pipes. The primary precautionary measure had some defects. To these problems, the author took a new measure of checking every water wall pipes in every heavy and light maintenances, then if the thickness of abrasion is less than 1.95 mm we would adopt overlaying welding and if it is more than 1.95 mm we would replace the pipes.After these treatment, no squibs and leaks of the water wall pipes occured again.
