促进大鼠伤口愈合中药组方的筛选  

Prescription screening of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting wound healing of Wistar rats

摘  要:为了筛选出促进创伤愈合的最佳药方,试验选用血竭、乳香、没药、紫草、冰片、煅石膏等13味中药组成三个药方,制成Ⅰ号药膏、Ⅱ号药膏、Ⅲ号药膏。试验分为A组、B组、C组、D组、E组,其中A组、B组和C组为中药组,D组为阳性对照组和E组为空白对照组。利用Wistar大鼠建立缺损创模型,主要检测创伤的愈合率、机体白细胞、血小板、透明质酸以及中药制剂体外抑菌试验等指标。结果表明,用药7 d后,C组、D组的创伤愈合率,A组、B组、C组、D组的外周白细胞,C组、D组的血小板,B组、C组、D组的血清中透明质酸含量,这些指标与E组相比,差异极显著。Ⅰ号药膏、Ⅱ号药膏、Ⅲ号药膏、象皮生肌膏对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑菌效果,效果最好的是Ⅲ号药膏。结果显示,促进创伤愈合的最佳组方为Ⅲ号药膏。In order to screen the best prescription for promoting wound healing, ointment I, II and III were composed by 13 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine including Dragon's blood, Frankincense, Myrrh, Lithospermum, Borneol and Calcined gypsum, etc. Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups as traditional Chinese medical herbs groups (group A , group B and group C), Xiangpi Shengji Paste positive control group (group D) and control group (group E) to establish wound model. The healing rate, the changes of white blood cell, platelet, hyaluronic acid and antibacterial effect in vitro were applied to screen the best prescription. The results showed that after treated with the medicine 7 days, the healing rate in groups C and D, the changes of white blood cell in groups A, B, C and D, the changes of platelet in group C and D and the content changes of hyaluronic in serum in groups B, C and D were notably significant to group E. The ointment I, II, III and Xiangpi Shengji Paste had bacteriostasis effect on Escherichia coil, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus, which ointment III was the best. It suggested that the effect of ointment III on wound healing was the best among the three prescriptions.
