摘　　要：为了提高纱线成纱质量,生产出符合客户要求的80s精梳纯棉纱线,本文结合了生产实践,针对长绒棉的特点,确定纺纱工艺流程,探讨纺高支纱各工序的工艺特点,优化纺纱工艺参数,提出相应的技术措施。In order to be able to produce high quality of 80 s combed cotton yam that the customers required, combining the production practice and the characteristics of long-staple cotton, this paper determined the spinning process, discussed the spinning process characteristic for the fine yarn, optimized the spinning process parameters, and then put forward the corresponding technical measures.
