摘　　要：介绍硅酸铝在彩色罩印中的应用及性能。硅酸铝遮盖剂具有很好的遮盖力,又有较高的颜色给色量,具有较高的商业价值。先分析制备遮盖剂的最优配比,再通过采用遮盖剂对棉织物进行彩色罩印,通过改变遮盖剂浓度、涂料浓度、钛白粉浓度等工艺参数,并对印花后的棉织物进行K/S、Lab值测试,详细讨论了影响棉织物遮盖力的主要原因,确定了实验最佳的工艺条件。This paper introduced the application performance research of aluminum silicate in colour over-printing, we found that aluminum silicate cover agent has a good hiding power, and have higher color to color quantity, with high commercial value. We first analyzed the best optimal formula that dose ratio of cover, and then knitted cotton fabrics were color printed with cover agents, by changing the cover agent concentration, coating concentration, titanium dioxide concentration of process parameters, and the printing of cotton after the K/S, Lab test values, and discusses the influence of the main causes of the cotton fabric covering power, determined the best experiment technology conditions.
