摘 要:采用3-氯丙烯和甲基丙烯酸钾为原料,分别以4-二甲氨基吡啶和对苯醌为催化剂和阻聚剂,在二甲亚砜溶剂中较高收率地合成了甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯。产物经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱表征。探索了最佳合成条件,当甲基丙烯酸钾和3-氯丙烯的摩尔比为1:2.5,催化剂和阻聚剂用量分别为甲基丙烯酸钾的1 wt%和0.4 wt%,反应溶剂用量为3-氯丙烯体积的2.25-2.5倍时,在50℃下反应4 h,收率可达84%。3-Allyl chloride and potassium methacrylate were used as materials for the synthesis of allyl methacrylate (AMA) in the solvent of dimethyl sulfoxide and 4-dimethylaminopyridine and benzoquinone were used as catalyst and polymerization inhibitor, respectively. The product was characterized by IR, ~H NMR and mass spectrometry, The optimal reaction conditions are investigated and as followings: the molar ratio of potassium methacrylate to 3-allyl chloride was 1:2.5, the amounts of catalyst and the inhibitor were 1 wt% and 0.4 wt% of potassium methacrylate, respectively, the volume of solvent is 2.25-2.5 times of that of 3-allyl chloride, and the reaction was carried out at 50 ℃ for 4 h. The yield could reach 84%~
