摘 要:讨论一种新型的适用于煤矿井下降温的空气压缩制冷循环系统——空气流膨胀减焓自力式煤矿井下降温系统。该系统采用的是涡轮冷却技术,以压缩空气为动力实现开式空气制冷与送风过程相结合,从而降低矿井掘进工作面局部空气环境的温度。该系统的最大优点是井下降温空气驱动力来自压缩空气流,不需要用电、不产生静电和机械火花,安全性好。This article describes a new air compression refrigeration cycle system that is used in mine .The system called - the air flow expansion mine cooling system. The key technology is the turbine cooling. During the expansion of air flow, the internal energy of the air is decreasing, and the temperature is also decreased. The decrease part changed into kinetic energy. This kinetic energy is used to drive the fan .Then the low temperature air can be send to the heading surface of the mine by the fan. It is the biggest advantage of this system--the power of the underground cooling part comes from the compressed air flow and do not need electricity. No electricity, no static and no mechanical sparks. So we do not need worry about the security issues.
